Return/Refund Policy

RETURN POLICY:

We accept returns of all accessories and ready-to-ship skis in new, completely unused condition within 30 days of purchase. To process a return, please contact NeverGroomed Customer Service at customerservice@nevergroomed.com or 1-888-745-1558. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Custom skis cannot be returned, but may be backed by manufacturer guarantees. Please contact us with any questions.

RETURN PROCESS:

First, please contact NeverGroomed Customer Service for a return authorization. When you have been issued an authorization, please send your return to the address below with a copy of your original packing slip and the email containing your return authorization.

Once your return is received, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment. It may take 3-5 business days for this refund to reflect on your credit card statement after we receive your returned items.
